These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the RancyMotors website and any account created on it. By browsing the site, creating an account or submitting a form, a visitor agrees to these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

RancyMotors offers general information about auto warranty plans and vehicle service contracts, along with help comparing plan options.

• RancyMotors is not an insurer and does not issue or administer warranty contracts.
• Any plan is offered and serviced by its own provider under that provider's contract terms.
• Content on the site is educational and is not legal, financial or mechanical advice.

The site is meant for adults who live in the United States. Account holders agree to give accurate details, keep login information private and report any unauthorized use promptly. RancyMotors may suspend or close an account that appears to break these terms.

Where a visitor opts in on the signup form, RancyMotors may send service and marketing text messages as described in that consent. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

The site and its content are provided as is and as available. RancyMotors makes no promise that any plan will cover a particular repair, that the site will run without interruption, or that information will always be complete or current. Coverage is decided only by the terms of the contract a visitor signs.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RancyMotors is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that arise from use of the site, reliance on its content or decisions made by any plan provider.

Any dispute related to the site or these terms will be settled through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where a claim qualifies for small claims court. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the extent the law permits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules.

RancyMotors may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms are accepted.
